1Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

• Name, shipping and billing address, email, and phone number when you place an order or contact us
• Payment information when you check out — see Section 2 for how this is handled
• Any information you provide when signing up for email or SMS updates, requesting a quote, or contacting customer service

Information we collect automatically:

• Device and browser information, IP address, and pages viewed on our site
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 4)

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and our site is not directed at children.

2Payment Information

We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Payments are processed by PayPal and Stripe, who handle your card information directly under their own security and privacy practices. If you use a financing option at checkout, such as Affirm, that provider collects and uses your information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review before applying.

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and ship your order, and communicate with you about it
• Provide customer service and respond to your questions
• Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you’ve opted in) marketing emails or text messages
• Improve our website, catalog, and customer experience
• Detect and prevent fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

4Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart working properly, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our site. This may include analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and advertising tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Pixel) that help us measure and improve our marketing.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some parts of our site may not work as well if you do. See Section 7 for how advertising cookies relate to your privacy rights.

5How We Share Your Information

We share information with:

• Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers), so they can deliver your order
• Payment and financing processors, so they can process your transaction (see Section 2)
• Fulfillment third parties in some instances, product availability requires order fulfillment is done by a third party (e.g., Supplyhouse.com, Voomi Supply, Smart Parts Solutions). Information shared in these instances and with these third parties is limited to name, address and phone number.
• Service providers who help us run our business, such as email/SMS marketing platforms, website hosting, and analytics or advertising partners
• Legal authorities, if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
• A buyer or successor, if National Air Warehouse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information for money. As explained in Section 7, some advertising cookies may count as a “sale” or “sharing” of information under California law even though no money changes hands — you can opt out of that below.

6Email and Text Message Marketing

If you sign up to receive marketing emails or text messages from us, we’ll only use that information for the marketing you signed up for, plus order-related communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, and opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply to text messages; message frequency varies. Opting out of marketing doesn’t affect order confirmations or shipping updates related to a purchase you’ve made.

7Your Privacy Rights

If you’re a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we’ve collected about you and how we’ve used it
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions (like information we need to complete an order or comply with the law)
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information, including for targeted advertising
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

If you live outside California, other state privacy laws may give you similar rights; we’ll honor requests consistent with the law that applies to you.

8Data Retention and Security

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, satisfy our legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page reflects our current practices, and we’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
