Single zone mini split systems
A single zone system pairs one outdoor unit with one indoor unit to heat and cool one room or open area. It's the simplest mini split setup and a common fix for a hot bonus room, a garage, a sunroom or a new addition. We carry heat pump systems from Mitsubishi, Daikin, Bosch and Haier, in 6,000, 9,000, 12,000, 18,000 and 24,000 BTU sizes, plus larger 2.5 to 3.5 ton Mitsubishi systems.
Choosing the right size
Size for the room the system will serve. An oversized unit cycles on and off and controls humidity poorly; an undersized one runs nonstop. Room size, ceiling height, sun exposure, insulation and your climate all matter, so start with our mini split BTU calculator and have your contractor confirm.

Only if the rooms are open to each other. For separate rooms, each one needs its own indoor unit.
