The A.O. Smith 100112330 is an OEM pilot burner assembly for select A.O. Smith residential natural gas water heaters, designed to provide pilot ignition for the main burner. If your water heater won’t stay lit, fails to ignite, or produces no hot water, a worn pilot or thermopile is one of the most common culprits and this kit delivers everything needed to restore full operation.
What’s Included
This natural gas thermopile assembly for GORT 300 series includes a pilot tube, ferrule nut igniter, igniter wire, 750 millivolt generator, and bracket. It fits 30, 40, and 50 gallon natural gas units.
The complete assembly includes the pilot burner and thermopile, which work together to ignite the main burner and generate the electrical current needed to keep the gas valve open during normal operation.
