The Goodman CHPTA2426C3 is a horizontal, cased evaporator coil built by Goodman for 1.5–2 ton cooling applications. It’s constructed with aluminum tubing and fin coils to reduce wear over time, and it ships with a factory-installed TXV kit, so installers don’t need to source and mount a separate expansion valve. The cabinet front uses a split-seam design for easier service access.
