The RHEEM EEMAX & ECOSMART HA-P037 / RTE10684 is the original OEM replacement terminal block used in larger Rheem, Eemax, Ecosmart, and compatible tankless electric water heaters. It provides the high-current electrical connections between incoming power and the heating elements.
This direct-fit terminal block restores reliable power distribution to the elements. A failing or burned terminal block commonly causes intermittent heating, error codes, tripped breakers, or complete loss of hot water. Replacing it with the correct OEM-spec part eliminates loose or overheated connections and returns the heater to proper operation.
It is built to the same specifications as the factory original for a straightforward swap—no modifications required when used on the listed models.
