The 460V, 60 Hz, single-stage motor (approx. 0.35 A, 3300 RPM, Class B) delivers the airflow these high-efficiency heat exchangers need, so the unit lights reliably, vents safely, and avoids lockouts from weak draft or pressure-switch trips. Sheet-metal housing and right-side discharge (viewed from the motor end when mounted) match original equipment layout, so the swap is a direct fit. Gasket(s) are included to seal the housing and reduce leaks that waste heat or cause condensation issues. Replaces 70-23641-82 and 70-23641-02.
