RB2TY features a Two-Stage Constant Torque motor (ECM) which provides enhanced SEER2 performance with most Rheem outdoor units
Two-Stage Scroll Compressor features two speeds (high/low) of cooling and heating, has more precise temperature control, and lower humidity when compared to single stage systems
Inverted Reversing Valve allows for faster heat transfer with gravity assist shifting and reduced joint stress for increased reliability
7mm Condenser Copper Coil requires less refrigerant allowing for a smaller and lighter footprint while enhancing reliability
Fully insulated air handler cabinet with all aluminum evaporator coil
Condenser includes filter drier, internal thermal overload & internal pressure relief valve
Sturdy cabinet construction with 1.0 inch [25.4 mm] of foil faced insulation for excellent sound and insulating characteristics
Factory installed thermal expansion valve on indoor coil
Coils tested at factory with extensive refrigerant leak check
Composite base pan dampens sound, captures louver panels, eliminates corrosion
Cabinet air leakage less than 2.0% at 1.0 inch H2O when tested in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 193
